What type of events do you cover?

ALL, from weddings, sporting events, exhibitions, parties to corporate conferences as well as product launches. If you want us there, you only need to book our services.

How much space do you need for the Video360Booth?

2x2 metres, minimum height 2.1m.

How long does setup take?

We allow 1 hour for setup/takedown, but the booth is typically ready in 30 minutes.

How does the Video360Booth work?

Guests step onto the platform, an attendant guides them, the rotating arm captures 4K video, and edited videos (with effects) are ready for download via QR code in under 30 seconds.

Is there an attendant?

Yes, 2 attendants (including a hype person) accompany the booth to ensure a great experience.

Base price is £300+VAT. Extras (more time, etc.) are available. See our pricing page.

What video quality do you produce?

4K videos with instant special effects. See our About Us page for examples.

Can children use the booth?

Yes, but we recommend supervision for young children.

Can we view videos after the event?

Yes, videos are available immediately via QR code. Paid options include an online gallery.

Do you cover all locations?

Yes, but locations outside London incur travel fees. Central London has a £100 surcharge.

Do you need electrical power?

A standard 3-pin plug is sufficient. The booth can also run self-powered for up to 3 hours (confirm battery in advance). PAT tested.

Can you provide PLI/RAMS/PAT certificates?

Yes, provided after booking confirmation.

What makes your booth special?

Professional equipment (no phone needed), unique lighting/effects, and shareable 4K videos.

How do guests receive videos?

Via QR code (works on Android/iPhones). Each video has a unique code.

Do you collect user data?

No. Our QR system is GDPR-compliant and collects no data.

Can we customize the booth?

Yes! LED lights, platform branding, and video personalization (logo/message/music) are available for an extra fee.
